Elke Van dermijnsbrugge holds a PhD in Education from University College London and she is also one of the co-convenors of the Anarchist Studies Network. She is a researcher and lecturer focusing on the application of utopian and speculative thinking, the punk ethos and anarchist organisational philosophy to reimagine policy, research and practices that support collaborative, participatory, plural, just and imaginative futures. Her work is interdisciplinary, currently based within the educational field but spreading far beyond through links with philosophy, sociology and political theory. In all her work she is interested in supporting socio-ecological pathways to thriving futures for all living beings.
